Andrew Scanlan

Andrew has over 30 years of experience controlling and delivering a wide range of commercial fit outs and building refurbishments inclusive of heritage refurbishments and new build construction. With almost 1,000 projects to his name, ranging from <100 to over 10,000 sqm and with budgets of up to $25,000,000, he has built Accelerate on a foundation of client satisfaction resulting in repeat business. Andrew’s core strength is aligning base building requirements with tenant fitouts, ensuring both landlords and tenants achieve a desirable financial outcome. His lengthy experience in integrated facilities planning, workplace improvement, information technologies, telecommunications planning, and project management help ensure the success of his projects.
