Andrew has over 30 years of experience controlling and delivering a wide range of commercial fit outs and building refurbishments inclusive of heritage refurbishments and new build construction. With almost 1,000 projects to his name, ranging from <100 to over 10,000 sqm and with budgets of up to $25,000,000, he has built Accelerate on a foundation of client satisfaction resulting in repeat business. Andrew’s core strength is aligning base building requirements with tenant fitouts, ensuring both landlords and tenants achieve a desirable financial outcome. His lengthy experience in integrated facilities planning, workplace improvement, information technologies, telecommunications planning, and project management help ensure the success of his projects.

Angus has two decades of strategy and corporate development experience within ASX200 organisations and private equity. Angus runs the Accelerate business and manages all tenant advisory work.
At a project level Angus combines and analyses property parameters, organisational data and operational needs to give clients the insights they need to make smarter decisions in leases, relocations and fitouts.

With a career that spans Interior Design / Architecture, Design & Project Management, Charles has an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the project life cycle. From Initial Project Strategy & Feasibility, Planning, Design Development, Authority Approvals through to Design & Project Management, Charles has a proven track record of delivering projects from inception through to completion on program and on budget.
