We had a budget and they maintained it by working with us closely on all aspects of what we wanted to create. The last project they completed for us was during COVID, so there were some delayed lead times for certain items. Andrew was good at giving us options on what was available with the same specifications, so we didn’t have to extend the timeline.
You can tell that they want to work closely with you which is the beauty of it. Andrew is the first person to ring you if there are any issues and give you plenty of options to decide from. He keeps you aware and informed, and that is what I like best. If he says he will get something to you by a certain date, he will.
We are happy with the end result in the office, and I have received positive feedback from staff and how it is functionally working now.
